1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements through rivermind.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Descriptions

We do our best to describe our tea products as completely and accurately as possible. Slight variations in aroma, color, or flavor may occur because we use natural ingredients.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment can be made securely via iDEAL, credit card, or other payment options at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping from €45 within the Netherlands.
• Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery will take place via PostNL or another reliable carrier.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

• You then have another 14 days to return the product.
• The product must be unopened and in its original condition. Sealed.
• You will receive a full refund for your order amount, including shipping costs.
• Return costs are at your own expense.

Exception: Tea products whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

6. Complaints and Liability

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@rivermind.nl. We will do our best to respond within two business days.

Rivermind Tea is not liable for indirect damages or delays beyond our control (such as transport damage or force majeure).

7. Personal data

We handle your data carefully in accordance with our privacy policy . Your information will only be used to process orders and communicate with you.

8. Intellectual Property

All texts, logos, images, and product descriptions on rivermind.nl are the property of Rivermind Tea and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Changes to the terms and conditions

Rivermind Tea reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on the website.

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. The courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction over any disputes.
